My individualized programming is the cornerstone of my approach.
I go beyond cookie-cutter workout routines and one-size-fits-all solutions. Through meticulous assessments and thorough consultations, I identify our clients' current strength levels, taking into account their unique body composition, fitness history, and any limitations they may have. Armed with this knowledge, I develop personalized programs that allow them to progress at their own pace, all while pushing their boundaries and untapping their true potential.
But it doesn't stop there. Get Strong With Erika is built on the belief that empowerment transcends physical exercise. My client-centric approach extends to cultivating a supportive and motivating environment. It's about fostering a sense of community where individuals can come together, share their experiences, and inspire one another on their fitness journeys. I provide guidance, accountability, and the unwavering support needed to overcome any obstacles that may arise.

The Full Coaching Experience

We will work together to assess what your goals are for working with me. Based on this assessment along with what equipment you have available I will develop a personalized training plan for you within the Trainerize App. Along with the training plan you will have access to form videos and a chat with me so you can always ask questions regarding your workouts.
We will meet to go over the plan so you can ask any questions. and we can schedule our weekly calls.
Weekly calls allow us to check in on how training is going, you can ask questions, and we can make any needed adjustments. This is an added tool to also help you stay consistent and accountable especially at the beginning.
I want to support you throughout your fitness journey and help you achieve your goals.

12 Week Kickstarter Program

Similar to the full coaching experience, we will work together to assess your goals and what equipment you have access to. I’ll create your 12 week program in the Trainerize App and go over it with you.
From there you have a 12 week progressive workout plan with exercise form videos as well as access to a chat with me through the app.

Personal Training

If you're local to me in Columbus, GA or not I offer both in person and virtual personal training. This allows you to work with me regularly and go through your workouts together. This allows for real time form check, corrections, and motivation.
$250 + / month
