My Go-To Smoothie Recipe!

Happy Tuesday!

I wanted to start sharing some of my go-to recipes. I eat many of the same things regularly because when I like something I stick with it. Also, the way I cook is simple, and tasty, and helps me reach my muscle-building and strength goals. So here is my go-to smoothie recipe! I love it for breakfast, post-workout, or afternoon snack. Enjoy!

  • 140g Frozen Berries (I like the triple berry blend)

  • About 1/2 a cup of Frozen Spinach (I just put bags of spinach in the freezer and I think the texture is better)

  • 1 scoop of protein powder (This is my go-to)

  • 1 scoop of creatine (This is my go-to)

  • 1 scoop of glutamine (This is my go-to)

  • 1 Tbsp of Peanut Butter

  • 160 mL of Oat milk (you can use any milk you prefer)

    Blend until desired texture is reached!

**Supplements are always optional but can be beneficial based on what your goals are. I’ll put some more in depth info out soon!
